Class details and directions are below, classes follow a similar format. The first 1/2 hour is a warm up and basic single and two person movement exercises. This is followed by up to 1/2 an hour of going through the movements of The Form.
The advanced class is intended for those who have progressed through the basic exercises and are familiar with most of The Form.
I also do a third part of the evening which is for martial application only, including pad work, push hands and sparring. This is much more vigorous than the rest of the class and is for those wanting to explore the full martial potential of Tai-Chi.
All exercises are performed standing so you don't need to bring any specialised equipment or mats. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes.
